A con artist by the usser name SS1 (previously VS, jennie is spamming this and other rating sites posting false negative reviews about Payman Simoni, MD. This is a warning, she is not a real patient. She is a former employee who was caught stealing narcotics. She was let go immediately. Since then, she has tried ezxtort money from Dr Simoni and Simoni Plastic Surgery.

She is using many different user names portraying as different people. However, She continues to post the same type messages which reveals she is just one person. She is claiming to have liposuction done that went wrong. In some of her posts recently, she claiming she had a nose job done, interestingly she uses the same user names; thus exposing her lies further.

Payman Simoni has no Malpractice

This person claims that Payman Simoni has many malpractice lawsuits. That is absolutely false. Payman Simoni has two unrestricted medical license with clean records. These are public records and bellow are the links to these official sites to check for yourself.

รขโ€“ย Medical Board of California for Payman Simoni: http://licenselookup.mbc.ca.gov/licenselookup/lookup.php?LicenseType=A&LicenseNumber=94347รขโ€“ย New York Medical License for Payman Simoni: http://www.nysed.gov/coms/op001/opsc2a?profcd=60&plicno=224593&namechk=SIMFor all readers out there, it is important to understand that as wonderful as internet could be, it could also be dangerous. Anyone can make a claim without a need to validate their claim. The best way to evaluate a physician is through state licensing sites that control and authenticate their contents.

She has used many sites such as ripoffreport, complaintsboard, complaints, ratemds, yelp, vitals, makemeheal, pissedoffcustomers, and many more to defame Dr Payman Simoni. Thanks to Google's advanced technology, she has been positively identified and being legally pursuit by local authorities. Many of these sites have removed her post when recieved our legal paperwork revealing her false reviews. Since few of these rating sites are making money out of popularity of "Payman Simoni" keyword they refuse to remove her posts. These sites enjoy high traffic to their sites by having known physicians on their sites (high search word).

We have found that She has done this to 50 other physicians. this a post about this individual from complaintsboard.

From the doctors she has tried to extort money from are:

-Kristopher Chang (a highly trained plastic surgeon)

-Ron Greenspan (a highly professionl orthodontist)

She lurks around famous physicians and uses their information and name to make dirty money.

If you google her name it seems that her clients and customers are not immune to her attacks and fraud. These are what people had to say about this vicious person.

Waste of money

Don't waste your money! There are many other psychics out there that offer much much more. Check out the psychics that the police use to help solve problems. Police departments usually have lists of these valuable and worthwhile psychics. These police psychics usually do private counseling and advice that is, in our opinion, of infinitely greater value than that of mystic 9 valerie swan. You work hard for your money. Spend it wisely. Dr. Payman Simoni has lost ANOTHER medical malpractice case in Los Angeles.

He has been sued several times for his botched surgeries.

He lies even under oath - you cannot believe a word he says. BEWARE

The choice of plastic surgery as specialty was an obvious one for Dr. Payman Simoni.

It was the only area of medicine that combines the artist with the scientist.

"I loved sculpting and painting," says Simoni.

Since early on in his practice, he found himself constantly struggling with the idea of giving his patients the most pleasing results with the least amount of recovery time and discomfort.

It is no secret that, these days everyone looking to enhance their appearance desires the least amount of surgery and downtime.

His internationally known facelifts are done only with local anesthesia, where the face is gently numbed and the patient remains sitting up and awake.

The results are more accurate and natural looking but this wasn't always the case. The taut facelifts of yesteryear were more common when a patient was lying unconscious on a table during a surgery.

More guesswork was involved pulling the skin in the right direction to get the desired effect.

If a plastic surgeon was off by a few millimeters, the end result was an unmistakable artificial look, provoking the inevitable comments about the awful facelift.

The tragic death of First Wives Club author Olivia Goldsmith, who suffered complications from anesthesia during a facelift by a well known plastic surgeon, inspired Dr Simoni to look for a safer way to do plastic surgery.

He started modifying his techniques so he can do the same facelift procedure without anesthesia.

Immediately, women everywhere started canceling their facelifts their plastic surgeons.

It got Dr. Simoni thinking how he could offer a "whole new way of doing plastic surgery." Only later he noticed that the by-product of doing safer surgery was more accurate and natural results.

Simoni aims for subtle, beautiful faces. His website has a gallery of impressive before and after pictures of patients whose smiles tell the whole story.

Like a potter working with clay, his magic hands mold the features of his patients and push them closer to perfection.

"We are perfectionists," he says about plastic surgeons in general.

After 10 years in practice, he's also realistic that he can't do everything.

Satisfied patients leave his care more youthful in appearance or with the right nose that complements their other features.

They come to his Beverly Hills plastic surgery office from as far away as Japan, England and Germany.

He wants it to be known that he differs from some of his other colleagues: "You know, the best surgeons have less of a God-complex," he says.

Author Resource:- Dr Payman Simoni MD is a dual board certified face cosmetic surgeon.

Dr. Payman Simoni's background in face plastic surgery combined with his natural looking results, has made him one of the most sought after cosmetic surgeons in Los Angeles, CA.

Your Beverly Hills and Los Angeles Expert Rhinoplasty Surgeon

Choosing the right surgeon is the most important decision you can make when considering rhinoplasty.

To become a rhinoplasty specialist takes extensive training and experience, coupled with exceptional artistic skill, and precision.

In Beverly Hills, Dr. Payman Simoni, is one of the handful of surgeons that focus primarily on rhinoplasty procedures.

Double Board Certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Simoni routinely performs primary and revision rhinoplasty procedures.

รขโ‚ฌล“Reshaping the nose is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure, which most plastic surgeons donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt feel comfortable performing.

Strong training background, experience, and repetition are essential in acheiving natural results.รขโ‚ฌย According to Dr. Simoni. There is such a vast array of plastic surgery procedures, that it is difficult for any cosmetic plastic surgeon to do it all well.

Following medical school, Dr. Simoni decided to devote his training exclusively to facial plastic surgery.

Dr. Simoni always believed that .....specialization is paramount. Though patients and colleagues may disagree, Dr. Simoni claims he has never done a perfect nose. What he does admit is that he wonรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt quit, รขโ‚ฌล“รขโ‚ฌยฆuntil it is as good as I can get it.รขโ‚ฌย รขโ‚ฌล“It is my opinion that a good rhinoplasty surgeon must love to do rhinoplasty more than any other operation. There is no question, itรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs the procedure that has captured, and maintained my interest over a lifetime.

Itรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs the one I want to be the best at.รขโ‚ฌย

Dr Simoni always believes that the office staff is one of the most important aspects of any plastic surgery practice.

รขโ‚ฌล“My entire staffรขโ‚ฌโ€front and back officeรขโ‚ฌโ€is tenured, friendly and responsive, which makes the patients comfortable.

Patients know they have been treated professionally by people who know what they are doing. I donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt think I could have a better group of people around me.รขโ‚ฌย Dr. Simoni contends that hard work, and concern for patients are still the foundation of building a winning practice. รขโ‚ฌล“We never sell surgery.

We try to offer competency. Our practice is mainly referral based.รขโ‚ฌย

defamatory post by a doctor, Payman Simoni, who is retaliating for my TRUE negative review of him. He has been sued many times for malpractice and is currently being sued in NY.

He will soon be sued by me for defamation. Do not believe anything he says.

Valerie,

You forget you announced your stuff on the face board and invited people to look up the doctors "malpractice" cases of which none were found. Instead, your name and all the complaints (similar) you lodged about many different doctors allegedly doing the same mistake to you were found.

We also found you were involved in multiple legal complaints.

So the audience who finds your story "fishy" is a whole lot broader than Simoni. You alienated a lot of people from the face board with your tactics.

Simoni's sick tactics have no limits: his wife filed a false restraining order against me, saying I threatened to kill her and their children. I did not even know they existed until I was served with this. I hope she will be prosecuted for perjury when I prove this is totally made up. Avoid this man at all costs. Simoni is CURRENTLY being sued for malpractice, one of many lawsuits against him:

Dr. Simoni,

You say she has done similar to "50 other doctors". I know there are at least 5 of them in the same boat as you as far as her complaints and style of doing it goes. But are there as much as 50 others?

Someone did look her up and found she was involved in a lot of legal fights with doctors and told her with that history, it would be hard for her to find a lawyer. But is she really at legal ends with 50 doctors?

Whether or not the patient going after him is telling the truth, does not matter. Simoni presents as a *** and not someone I would want doing surgery on me.
